Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cost Management professional to join our team at oilandgas. As a Part Time Property Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering better outcomes for our clients, helping our people to realize their potential, and contributing to the creation of a prosperous society.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering a variety of contracts in accordance with project objectives and policies, ensuring that projects remain within governance and adopt best practice.
- Providing accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion in line with budget, and pro-actively monitoring and managing cost variance and contract cash flow.
- Collaborating with client and contractor teams to manage the delivery of project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives, including programme performance, cost control, and value engineering.
- Managing contract change effectively, ensuring that projects remain within governance and adopt best practice.
- Contract Management (NEC3, Option C preferred)
Requirements:
- Suitably qualified and experienced operating at Cost Management level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
