About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team at Soho House & Co. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails and food when needed.
  • Provide excellent service to members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Mix and prepare cocktails, as well as maintain a clean and organized bar area.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive atmosphere.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile bar.
  • Knowledge of classic cocktails and ability to create new ones.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and trustworthiness.
  • A sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for food and beverage.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including opening and closing shifts.
