Survival Equipment Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Survival Equipment Supervisor to join our team at Line Up Aviation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of all Survival Equipment Maintenance activities for the Hawk AJT contract at RAF Valley.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Task manpower resources to maintain scheduled maintenance programs and rectify emergent tasks in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the creation of department risk assessments and sustain the review program, ensuring all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with approved maintenance data.
  • Ensure staff hold and display currency in all maintenance authorities required and brief staff on latest safety, company, and maintenance notices.
  • Support the SE Controller with succession planning, PDR objectives, and performance issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Ability to achieve and maintain SC clearance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in maintenance management and team leadership.
