Avenues Group is a supportive community where individuals with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, communication difficulties, behaviours that are challenging, and epilepsy thrive.

We offer a rewarding opportunity for Caregiver Specialists to join our team in Bromley, supporting adults with diverse needs in various settings, including supported living homes, self-contained flats, and community-based outreach services.

No two days are the same, but you might find yourself:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, shopping, and household chores;
  • Supporting individuals with social activities, family connections, and friendships;
  • Helping with financial management, budgeting, and accessing community resources;
  • Providing personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility assistance;
  • Fostering a safe and comfortable living environment;
  • Documenting progress, sharing experiences, and contributing to individualized plans.

Your journey with us begins with a comprehensive induction program, equipping you with essential skills and knowledge. Experience in social care is not required, as we provide accredited training programs at no cost to you, including the Health and Social Care Diploma.

Benefits of joining Avenues Group include:

  • An attractive salary of £23,264 per annum (pro rata) plus benefits;
  • Paid enhanced DBS check;
  • Flexible working arrangements;
  • Up to 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata);
  • Contributory pension scheme with life assurance;
  • Access to high-quality training and career development opportunities;
  • Shopping discounts through Blue Light Card and The Bene£its website;
  • A Recommend a Friend scheme offering up to £500; and
