We are seeking an experienced and skilled Needs Assessor to join our team at Capita. As a Needs Assessor, you will be responsible for identifying the assistive technology needs of individuals and providing expert advice on the most suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the suitability of assistive technology for individuals and provide recommendations.
- Conduct needs assessments and produce formal written reports.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest assistive technology and funding guidance.
