Wayman Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Reception Teacher to join a supportive school in the East of England.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the Reception curriculum requirements

• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development

• Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and abilities

• Collaborate with other educators to develop and implement effective teaching strategies

• Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), or Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)

• Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Reception curriculum and assessment frameworks

• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
