Job Title: Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering contracts, providing accurate project cost monitoring, and collaborating with client and contractor teams to manage project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administering contracts in accordance with project objectives and policies
  • Providing accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion in line with budget
  • Pro-actively monitoring and managing cost variance and contract cash flow
  • Collaborating with client and contractor teams to manage project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives
  • Managing contract change effectively to ensure projects remain within governance and adopt best practice
Requirements:
  • Ideally Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
  • Ideally hold or be working towards an appropriate professional body membership or equivalent
  • Contract Management (NEC3, Option C preferred)
