Expert Teacher for SEND Pupils

We are seeking an experienced Science teacher to join our team at a small, well-established alternative provision school in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a background in working with pupils with SEND (SEMH) and ASD. The role offers a long-term, full-time opportunity with additional responsibilities within the school or regionally.
The school caters to pupils aged 7-17 with complex behaviours and needs, including SEMH and ASD. Our pupils have experienced trauma and adverse childhood experiences, and we work closely with them to develop self-belief and become effective learners.
- Substantial experience working with pupils with SEND within an education setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work closely with pupils, teachers, and other stakeholders.
- Valid Enhanced DBS and right to work in the UK.
