Loans Finance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Loans Finance Administrator to join our dynamic Loans Finance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in the efficient running of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Process payments and manage loan agreements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage direct debits and oversee related banking processes, maintaining strong relationships with the Operations team.
- Reconcile the loans management system with banking facilities, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or anomalies.
- Liaise with the Finance team to ensure smooth financial processes and resolve customer queries.
- Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies, maintaining a proactive approach to improving business and customer outcomes.
Essential:
- Highly numerate, with excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to quickly identify and rectify anomalies within large volumes of financial data.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build working relationships with other teams.
- Proactive approach, with a focus on improving business and customer outcomes.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and experience with other Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable, but not essential:
- A working or educational background in a finance-focused discipline.
- Previous experience in the financial services industry.
- Understanding of financial and payment systems.
