We are seeking a talented Land Development Consultant to join our team at Build People. As a Survey and Mapping Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional results in the field of land development, working closely with our team to identify opportunities, assess risks, and develop solutions that drive business growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting site surveys, creating accurate maps, and providing valuable insights to support informed decision-making. With a strong background in surveying and mapping, you will work closely with our team to deliver projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site surveys to gather data and information
  • Create detailed maps and reports to present findings
  • Analyse data to identify trends and patterns
  • Provide expert advice on surveying and mapping techniques
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical skills in surveying and mapping software
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
