About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our construction projects in the East Midlands region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with surveyors and site managers to ensure project delivery meets client expectations
  • Conduct regular client meetings to provide progress updates and address any concerns
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in managing commercial build projects as a Project Manager
  • Experience working with main contractors on projects valued at £500,000+
  • Experience in the healthcare sector and new build/refurbishment projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage clients and site teams
  • SMSTS and First Aid certifications, as well as a CSCS card
  • Degree or HND qualified or a trades background
