Academic Appointments Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated KS2 Teacher to work in a dynamic environment across Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lesson Planning: Develop and deliver creative and engaging lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum, promoting academic progress and fostering a love for learning.
  • Classroom Environment: Create a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued, respected, and supported in their learning journey.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support the holistic development of students, including attending parent-teacher meetings and contributing to school events.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching Key Stage 2 students.
  • In-depth understanding of the KS2 curriculum and ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and promote academic achievement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, parents, and the wider community.
  • A nurturing and child-centered approach to teaching, with a passion for supporting the social, emotional, and academic development of young learners.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards working collaboratively in a dynamic school environment.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
  • Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
