About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Spanish teacher to join our team at Wayman Group. As a specialist recruitment agency, we pride ourselves on finding the most qualified candidates who possess a genuine enthusiasm for teaching Spanish.

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Spanish language, including grammar, vocabulary, and culture. They will be able to effectively impart this knowledge to students and create engaging and interactive teaching materials to enhance students' learning experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lesson Planning and Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in Spanish to a range of primary or secondary school students.
  • Teaching Materials: Create engaging and interactive teaching materials to enhance students' learning experience.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Classroom Management: Monitor and manage student behavior in the classroom.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop curriculum and programs.
  • Communication: Participate in parent-teacher conferences and communicate with parents/guardians about students' progress.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated with current educational trends and teaching methodologies.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or Spanish, Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
  • Experience: Proven experience in teaching Spanish.
  • Language Skills: Strong knowledge of the Spanish language, including grammar, vocabulary, and culture.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
