Security and Emergency Response Engineer

Get Staff is hiring a skilled Security and Emergency Response Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, service, repair, fault-finding and maintenance of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems, ensuring effective emergency response plans are in place.

Salary: £40,000 - £44,000 per annum

Job Description:
This role involves working on a range of brands of manufacturers and taking responsibility for the overall quality of the work delivered. You will also carry out effective communication with customers at all times, ensure tasks are completed efficiently and provide support to team members where required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation, service, repair, fault-finding and maintenance of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems.
  • Field-based role, covering multiple sites.
  • Working on a range of brands of manufacturers.
  • Taking responsibility for the overall quality of the work delivered.
  • Carrying out effective communication with customers at all times.
  • Ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Providing support to team members where required.

Requirements:
  • A full UK driving licence or equivalent (Essential).
  • A drive and enthusiasm to grab hold of opportunities.
  • Ideally you will have at least 3 years' experience working within the fire and security sector.
