Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the RoleThis role involves working as part of a dynamic team to deliver exceptional architectural designs. As a Senior Architectural Technician, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, working closely with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
You will be expected to provide high-quality designs, manage project timelines, and maintain open communication with all parties involved. Your excellent technical skills, combined with your ability to work collaboratively, make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations
- Develop and implement design solutions that meet the needs of clients and stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project outcomes
- Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, expertise, and best practices
- Relevant degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
- Significant UK-based experience in a similar role
- Chartered status or working towards chartership with CIAT
- Excellent Revit and AutoCAD skills, with experience in building information modeling (BIM)
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
