International Student Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Student Recruitment Officer to join our team at QA Higher Education. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales channels across the Middle East and North Africa region, delivering against recruitment targets and working closely with our marketing team to support regional marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage sales channels across the MENA region, delivering against recruitment targets
- Work with the MENA International Recruitment team to support marketing strategies for the regional recruitment
- Deal with student recruitment in MENA within the education marketplace
- Experience with working in a sales environment and exceeding sales targets
- Manage Sales Pipeline effectively
- Responsible for networking within the industry to gain more insights and trends and feedback as appropriate
- Working with Senior Regional Manager to meet Revenue/Number target for assigned region
- Responsible for ensuring all students are kept informed of required documents to meet our compliance requirements
- Experience of developing overseas student recruitment channels such as agent and International school networks
- Ability to communicate proficiently in both English and Arabic
- Understanding of the student journey and experience of going through the process as an international student
- High level business acumen
- Track record of success in sales & Service environment
- Experience working in the student recruitment role
- Previously worked in education
