Job Title: Domestic Gas Engineer

Location: Northampton and Rutland

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Domestic Gas Engineer to join our award-winning Housing Association Maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out gas servicing, repairs, and basic pipe installations in domestic social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out gas servicing, repairs, and basic pipe installations in domestic social housing properties
  • Work on a range of day-to-day and planned repairs
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Work well with customers and other trades
  • Hold a full UK driving license
  • Meet the requirements for a DBS check

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' gas experience
  • ACS qualified and hold CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CEN1 (or CENWAT), MET1, LPG, and CPA1
  • NVQ Level 2 Plumbing/Heating/Ventilation is essential
