Associate Director - Civils

We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer to join our London-based civils team as an Associate Director. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a major player in the industry and contribute to the delivery of high-profile projects.

About the Role

As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and managing the delivery of civil engineering projects. You will have a strong track record of project experience, including fee proposals and project delivery. Your technical knowledge will include highway standards and street design, and you will have relevant software knowledge including SUDS and WinDES.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers in the delivery of civil engineering projects
  • Manage the development of fee proposals and project delivery
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships
  • Provide regular project update reports to stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of the civils team and the company's overall strategy
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong track record of project experience in civil engineering
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of highway standards and street design
  • Relevant software knowledge including SUDS and WinDES
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
