  • Ensure all opening and closing procedures are followed, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
  • Assist in restaurant or kitchen when required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Maintain accurate records, adhering to company banking and security procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor in a hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members
  • Flexible and proactive, with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
