Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and provide feedback to production teams regarding expected downtime and planned corrective action;
  • Maintain compliance with company health and safety guidelines;
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and equipment servicing as directed by the engineering manager;
  • Collaborate with production and senior management to identify process improvements and implement changes;
Technical Requirements
  • Conduct electrical and mechanical maintenance on high-speed production machinery, including bearings, pumps, chains, valves, single- and three-phase wiring, fault finding, control panel operations, inverters, motor drives, and PLC-controlled equipment;
  • Provide mechanical breakdown and planned maintenance support;
  • Focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) identified by the engineering manager and strive to achieve and surpass agreed targets;
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is up-to-date and complete;
  • Foster positive relationships with departments and maintain open lines of communication to enhance site efficiency;
