**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Assistant - Accounts to join our team at Farrer Barnes Limited. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing financial support to our Finance Manager and contributing to the company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely financial information for inclusion in the monthly management reports.
- Assist in the preparation of sales ledger, purchase ledger, credit control, reconciliations, CIS, and VAT returns.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel skills to support financial reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with the Finance Manager to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes.
Requirements:
- Advanced Excel skills with previous experience in CIS returns.
- AAT studier or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
