Role Overview:
Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a skilled SEND Learning Support Assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals in Maldon. Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality support to students with SEN, promoting their academic and social development.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Utilize a range of strategies to engage students with SEN, adapting teaching methods to meet their individual needs.
• Employ positive behavior management techniques, creating a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, informing teaching decisions and supporting individual education plans.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting diversity and inclusion.

Skills and Qualifications:
• QTS and/or relevant qualifications/experience in SEN support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
• Experience working with students with SEN preferred
• Valid DBS check or willingness to apply
• Right to work in the UK

Salary and Benefits:
This rewarding role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Flexible hours and opportunities for part-time and full-time work are available.
