Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Technician to join our team at Bond Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to deliver dynamic projects and provide advanced support in networking, infrastructure, and Wi-Fi.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering single-day projects, including configuring and installing network hardware, creating new user accounts, implementing MS365 solutions, and overseeing data migrations. They will also oversee the ongoing maintenance of our Microsoft Server Architecture, managing and supporting core services and infrastructure for both cloud and on-premises solutions, including Microsoft M365, as well as computers (both cloud-based and physical laptops/desktops), storage, and networking.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver single-day projects and provide support on escalated tickets from the support desk.
• Manage daily schedules to ensure project deadlines are met while assisting with service requests and acting as an escalation point for the support desk.
• Oversee the life cycle of projects to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Attend client sites to resolve reported issues and install necessary hardware and cabling.

Requirements:
• Solid understanding of network technologies and networking fundamentals.
• Technical expertise in a full stack of Microsoft Technologies (Windows 10, Intune MDM, Active Directory, Azure, Security, MS365, etc.).
• Experience with high-level and low-level solution design and implementation.
• Familiarity with UniFi (or similar) wireless access points and network switches.
• In-depth understanding of network protocols, routing, subnets, and VLANs.
