About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our progressive MEP team in Birmingham. As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering sustainable projects for our communities, planet, and society.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop technical skills through complex projects and early careers learning and development program
  • Design co-ordination with other professional disciplines
  • Energy modelling & compliance calculation of building performance
  • Energy Strategy Reports / Sustainability Statements for planning applications
  • Participating in design team and client meetings
  • Attending site visits

Requirements

  • Relevant degree and/or Masters qualification in mechanical engineering or building services engineering
  • Driven, hardworking, productive, and determined individual
  • Willing and eager to learn new skills
  • Strong IT competencies, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Previous industry-related work experience is an advantage but not essential
