Job Title: Electrical Fitter for Transport

Salary Range: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum

About the Role:
This Electrical Fitter for Transport position involves working on the company's fleet of rigid and articulated tankers. The successful candidate will have experience with electrical systems, welding, and fabrication, as well as knowledge of vehicle and tanker legislation.

Responsibilities:
Carry out detailed tanker inspections, maintain and repair electrical systems, adhere to current vehicle and tanker legislation, mount tanker barrels onto new truck chassis or trailer bogies, and use fabrication machinery to create and install new components. Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Requirements:
City & Guilds 1,2 and 3 certificates, previous experience working with road tankers or relevant plant equipment, strong expertise in welding (TIG & MIG), fabrication, and vehicle systems. Double deck maintenance experience and previous experience working on tankers are desirable.
