Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Administrator to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Communication: Liaise with wards, clinical staff, GPs, and Trust support staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Patient Care: Provide a caring and professional approach towards patients, relatives, and carers, demonstrating empathy and resilience in challenging situations.
  • Organising and Planning: Carry out associated clerical duties, including maintaining accurate filing systems, receiving post, diary management, and scanning patient notes as required.
  • Service Development and Research: Attend training courses to support personal development and the needs of the service, and assist in training new members of the team.
