We are looking for a talented Sales Administrator to join our commercial office team at The Dove Partnership. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing consumables, supporting the sales team, and assisting with finance-related tasks.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales support and customer service, with excellent communication skills.

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, based on location and experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the consumables email address and process new orders via Xero.
  2. Update systems with price increases and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets.
  3. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including certificate of acceptances and CRM data updates.
  4. Analyse sales calls, rank them, and report back to the management team on CRM additions.
  5. Offer general office admin and support to all staff members.
Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience in sales support and customer service.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
