Commercial Office Support Coordinator

We are looking for a talented Sales Administrator to join our commercial office team at The Dove Partnership. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing consumables, supporting the sales team, and assisting with finance-related tasks.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales support and customer service, with excellent communication skills.
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage the consumables email address and process new orders via Xero.
- Update systems with price increases and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including certificate of acceptances and CRM data updates.
- Analyse sales calls, rank them, and report back to the management team on CRM additions.
- Offer general office admin and support to all staff members.
- Proven experience in sales support and customer service.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
