Our hotel in Rutland is looking for a skilled Head Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in running kitchens in similar settings and be able to adapt to our dynamic environment.
The Head Chef role involves overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes using the finest seasonal ingredients. You will be expected to maintain excellent communication skills and work closely with the kitchen team to achieve our culinary goals.
Some of the key responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and quality
- Developing and implementing new menu ideas
- Managing staff training and development
