Statistical and Machine Learning Expert for Motor Retail

This role as Senior Data Scientist will involve working with our pricing and underwriting teams to develop and implement advanced data analytics solutions. You'll use statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze and model insurance data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
We're looking for someone who is highly motivated, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a valued member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to build and grow your expertise while making an impact on our customers' lives.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer excellent benefits, including:

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous data science/pricing experience within insurance
- Masters/PhD/professional certificates or experience in a quantitative field
- Strong experience with statistical and machine learning techniques
- Experience with insurance pricing or actuarial modeling
- Python expertise (candidates with experience in other programming languages will also be considered)
- Experience with Domino (or other cloud platforms) is an advantage
