Senior Tax Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join a reputable, rapidly growing firm based in Nottingham. As a Senior Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing a significant client portfolio, nurturing the private client experience, and monitoring all commercial aspects of portfolio management.
You will support the tax leadership team by undertaking complex advisory projects, reviewing and preparing tax computations and workings, and identifying planning and advisory opportunities to spearhead further business development.
The ideal candidate will possess an exceptional technical skillset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be self-motivated, highly organized, and a team player able to work closely with senior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a significant client portfolio
- Supporting the tax leadership team
- Reviewing and preparing tax computations and workings
- Identifying planning and advisory opportunities
- Supporting advisory work with clients
- Advising on various tax due diligence exercises
- Collaborating with other departments
- Providing training and development for colleagues
- Representing the company at networking and business events
