Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with NMC standards and Trust policies.
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with NMC and Trust policies.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with Trust policies and NMC guidelines.
Requirements:
- Current NMC registration and a degree in Nursing.
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in an Acute hospital environment within the last 3 years.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
