About the Job
As a Rehabilitation Coach at Neurosupport Services Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries to achieve their rehabilitation goals. You will work closely with our client, a 34-year-old male, to assist him in carrying over goals in his home environment. This requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a willingness to learn and adapt to the client's needs.

Key Skills and Qualifications
• At least six months of experience working in a support worker role or similar within the past three years
• Full UK driving license and access to your own car
• Experience in the field of psychology
• Willingness to become self-employed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations

Remuneration and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12 per hour, depending on experience. You will also receive full enhanced DBS clearance, liability insurance, yearly mandatory training, food/drinks shift allowance, partial mileage, and travel time covered. Additionally, you will have the flexibility to work full-time, part-time, ad-hoc, or a variety of shifts with our clients to suit any lifestyle.
