**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at a children's residential home in the Llanelli area. The successful candidate will have experience working with children with Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs and complex trauma.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support to children with SEMH needs and complex trauma
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Engage in activities that promote the children's physical, emotional, and social development
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEMH needs and complex trauma
  • CPI training or willingness to undertake training
  • Hardworking and resilient individual with a patient and nurturing approach
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including long day shifts and waking night shifts
