Key Responsibilities:

* Investigate and proactively manage your caseload of personal injury claims, ensuring timely and cost-efficient conclusions.
* Provide exceptional customer service and negotiate with insurers and solicitors to resolve quantum and liability disputes.
* Utilize fraud indicators to identify potential fraud and take appropriate action.

Required Skills/Experience:

* Previous experience in handling personal injury claims.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.
* Strong understanding of indemnity and liability arguments to achieve favorable outcomes.
* Ability to work proactively and manage competing priorities to meet tight deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to prioritize your workload effectively.
* Familiarity with court procedures and processes.
