Enterprise Sales Strategist

As a key member of the Genesis Technology Services leadership team, the Enterprise Sales Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving sales lead generation and customer engagement for new accounts. This strategic position contributes to the company's direction and remains aware of market developments for Genesis.
Responsibilities
The Enterprise Sales Strategist is responsible for seeking out major clients and forming working relationships with key decision makers in the industry. Direct connections with current customer decision makers facilitate immediate revenues for Genesis. The incumbent will oversee and manage leads/RFQs, converting them into POs with support from the Delivery and Sales teams. Additionally, this role involves overseeing preparation of business case approvals from Genesis management with support from the technical and sales team.
Our ideal candidate possesses high market intelligence and can monitor and track trends to positively affect change for Genesis. They must have highly developed interpersonal skills, enabling them to operate at all levels within the business and throughout our potential customer base. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities are essential for maintaining close, trusting relationships with colleagues and peers, as well as providing support and direction as appropriate to facilitate open communication across the group.
Salary Range
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
