Job Overview
Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a qualified Teaching Assistant to work in a High School in the Blackpool area. The ideal candidate will possess recent experience working with children and hold Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and assistance to pupils in a classroom setting
- Work on a 1:1 basis with pupils across KS3 and KS4
- Build relationships with pupils and staff

- Good behaviour management skills
