Financial Lead

Key Responsibilities:- Lead a small team of transactional finance staff, providing training and development opportunities
- Oversee financial reporting, management accounts production, commentary, and analysis
- Prepare budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate financial projections
- Review and optimize AP and AR activities, ensuring efficient financial processes
- Collaborate with senior management to inform effective business decisions
