Customer Sales Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Advisor to join our team at Coast Recruit Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and send quotes to customers, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of any issues.
  • Execute sales processes with attention to detail, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and colleagues, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, and apply this knowledge to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Balance sales administration with sales generation, ensuring a high level of productivity and efficiency.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000, with an OTE of £32,000.
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with up to 2 days working from home per week.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 28 days annual leave, a holiday buyback scheme, and a company profit-related bonus scheme.
