Location: Morecambe
Hours per Week: 8 hours with the opportunity to work more hours.
Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview
Salary: £8.65 - £11.90 per hour

About the Role:

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team in Morecambe. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of store standards, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience
  • Maintain a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising and stock management
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to ensure a visually appealing store environment
  • Assist with processing transactions, handling customer queries, and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills
