Guidant Global Careers is seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at the Airbus Atlas Support Centre UK in Oxfordshire.
This role requires the successful candidate to obtain a minimum of SC clearance.
The primary goal of this position is to ensure that Team Atlas meets its commitments regarding material handling for the Maintenance/Flying Programme.
Key Responsibilities:- Quality System Adherence: The successful candidate must adhere to documented Company Quality System procedures when performing operational duties.
- Material Order Management: Conduct material orders/movements in the correct priority sequence.
- Safe Handling Practices: Ensure all items are unloaded/handled according to logistics/airworthiness directives.
- Picking and Packing Accuracy: Ensure all pick, pack and handling system transactions are performed correctly.
- Documentation: Ensure all documents printed are in order by sorting them before packing/box closure.
- Inventory Updates: Ensure all physical movements are confirmed in the SAP system and linked paperwork properly with parts when required.
- Stock Management: Put stock away in the correct location after picking and/or packing.
The salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This opportunity offers a unique chance to contribute to the success of our team and develop your skills in inventory management and logistics.
