We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our client's team. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for managing budgets, hiring, and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage agreed budgets and prioritize the execution of multiple complex department projects.
- Establish and support a work environment of continuous improvement that supports the customer's quality policies.
- Initiate cross-functional partnerships to identify and resolve production/engineering issues.
- Ensure the efficient and timely transfer of process knowledge from project personnel to manufacturing engineers.
- Develop and implement systems, procedures, and protocols ensuring they meet Quality Management System and Design Control requirements.
A Degree in Engineering is essential for this position, combined with at least 5 years of experience working within a manufacturing environment at a senior level. In-depth knowledge of high-volume production in plastic manufacturing is critical.
You will be a confident team player with a quality-focused, yet creative approach to problem-solving, demonstrating a "right first-time" mentality.
Education and CompensationA degree in mechanical engineering is essential for this role.
