About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Palliative Care Educator. This exciting opportunity will allow you to develop and support the education and training needs of our clinical healthcare workforce.
As a Palliative Care Educator, you will contribute to the delivery of our organisational Clinical Education Strategy and Framework, facilitating learning in palliative care and demonstrating clinical expertise and credibility in clinical practice.
You will work closely with our education and clinical teams, reporting to the Head of Clinical Services, and will have the opportunity to develop academically and professionally.
We are looking for an enthusiastic practitioner who can work both independently and collaboratively to implement and innovate practice. You will have a working knowledge of training needs analysis, planning and facilitation of adult-based learning, and mandatory and priority training requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Registered Nurse with a UK NMC pin
* Educated to degree level (or working towards)
* Practice Supervisor or Practice Assessor training in an acute or community environment
* Ongoing evidence of continued professional development
