Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Primary School
Location: Hartlepool area
Job Type: Full-time
Estimated Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 per annum (£415 per week)
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in the Hartlepool area. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 1:1 support to a child in Year 5 who requires additional assistance with challenging behaviour.
Responsibilities:
">- To work closely with the teaching team to develop and implement effective strategies to improve the child's behaviour and academic progress.
- To maintain accurate records of the child's progress and communicate effectively with parents and carers.
- To contribute to the overall well-being and safety of the school community.
Requirements:
">To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning in schools.
- Experience of working as a Teaching Assistant in a school environment.
- A genuine desire to make a positive impact on a child's life and education.
