Job Description:
  • Support and teach students with SEN needs in a KS3 setting
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the needs of all students
  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive classroom environment
  • Assess and record student progress to ensure learning objectives are met

This role also requires good communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with parents and colleagues regarding student development and progress.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
