At Penguin Recruitment, we are seeking a talented Structural Engineering Professional to join our team. As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, analysis, and inspection of steel structures, including Telecoms, rail, utilities, highways, and radar.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and relevant coursework or projects focused on steel structures. Familiarity with structural engineering software, such as STAAD.Pro, Tekla Structures, Revit, and AutoCAD, is also essential.

The Role:

  • Assist in the design and analysis of steel structures using industry-leading software.
  • Work on exciting projects that include commercial buildings, industrial structures, and infrastructure developments.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and senior engineers to ensure design accuracy and project success.
  • Perform structural calculations, technical drawings, and report writing to deliver quality engineering solutions.
  • Support in the preparation of technical documents, material take-offs, and project specifications.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related field) from an accredited institution.
  • Relevant coursework or projects focused on steel structures is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with structural engineering software (STAAD.Pro, Tekla Structures, Revit, AutoCAD, etc.).
  • Internship or project experience in structural engineering, particularly with steel structures, is preferred.
