Job Title: Clinical Registered Manager

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Registered Manager to join our team. As a Clinical Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a 27-bed nursing home, providing high-quality care to adults with varying physical and neurological conditions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a valid NMC pin as an RGN or RNLD and a working knowledge of the CQC Framework. They will be responsible for ensuring the service is effective, compliant, and provides a high-quality, innovative, and person-centred approach to care.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure the delivery of excellent care.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the CQC to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid NMC pin as an RGN or RNLD.
  • Working knowledge of the CQC Framework.
  • Significant experience of operational and organisational management of a supported living or residential care service.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, staff, and external stakeholders.
