We are seeking a skilled Health Surveillance Specialist to join our Occupational Health team in Lincolnshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing health surveillance support to our employees.

About the Role:

  • Deliver health surveillance services, including audiometry, spirometry, and medicals.
  • Maintain accurate records of health surveillance activities.
  • Prepare for audits and HSE visits by ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Evaluate medical supply needs and ensure they are properly maintained and calibrated.
  • Oversee invoicing and procurement processes within the Occupational Health department.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality health surveillance services, ensuring employee safety and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of health surveillance activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for audit preparation and compliance.
  • Ensure timely availability and proper functioning of medical equipment.
  • Manage and coordinate departmental administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in occupational health or a related field.
  • Proven experience in delivering health surveillance services in industrial settings.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
