Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustaining Engineer to join our team at ATL Technology. As a Sustaining Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the long-term success of our products.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide engineering input to ensure that changes required to released products meet on-going business needs.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate design and manufacturing changes, improvements, and new product introductions.
  • You will evaluate the feasibility, reliability, and risk of changes to product designs and manufacturing processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Providing design and process development support to products post-launch.
  2. Evaluating and documenting the feasibility, reliability, and risk of changes to product designs and manufacturing processes.
  3. Through engineering analysis and testing, demonstrating that engineering changes achieve product performance, manufacturability, safety, customer, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Developing timelines and cost estimates for project tasks and appraising management of performance against plan to maintain compliance to project schedule.
  5. Generating and reviewing design history file documentation in compliance with GMP, QSR, ISO, and company requirements throughout the project life cycle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering or a related field, with experience in sustaining engineering and product development. You will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
