We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Children's Nurse to join our Integrated Community Team. This challenging and rewarding role offers the opportunity to meet the needs of children, young people, and their families while working alongside Special School Nurses and Consultant Paediatricians.
Main Duties of the Job
The successful candidate will manage a general caseload, provide specialist advice, education, and support to healthcare professionals and patients. They will be responsible for contributing to the ongoing service development of the community children's nursing service.
