Clinical Nurse Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our clinic, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the clinic team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Ensure all records and documentation are accurate and up to date, maintaining and implementing appropriate systems to ensure compliance.
  • Build positive working relationships with support functions, ensuring staff are properly inducted, trained, motivated, and supported to do their jobs to the best of their ability.
  • Adhere to company standards, as well as legal and statutory requirements relating to fire regulations, health and safety, licensing, weights and measures, care and trading standards, and employment.
  • Ensure all qualified Nurses hold a current UK NMC pin and employee files are in line with RQIA standards.
  • Involved in Theatre procedures as and when required.

Requirements:

  • NMC Registration
  • ALS Certification
  • Previous theatre experience
